Bruce’s Legacy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to search and recovery operations for drowning victims. The goal of this project was to simplify their existing logo (below) and create a more recognizable brand.
Bruce’s Legacy uses a side-scan sonar device during searches, which resembles a torpedo. A cable transmits live data from the device to the search team. Our design incorporates this cable into the name, symbolizing the connection between technology and their mission. We also integrated a heart to reflect the organization’s commitment to compassion and the labor of love behind their work.
